This is our annual trip to Gurage for the Meskal festival - its a biking adventure into deep countryside and a cultural odyssey not to be missed!

On our trip through the Gurage Highlands, we’re offering a unique blend of outdoor exploration and authentic local experiences. Picture yourself biking through serene, deserted dirt roads, soaking in the beauty of nature while staying at two peaceful, picturesque camps nestled in the heart of the Gurage region. Whether you’re cycling challenging trails, hiking scenic paths, or participating in exciting activities, every moment promises to be memorable.

During our journey, you’ll have the opportunity to raft along the Wabe River (to be confirmed - depends on numbers) cross rivers by bike, have some thrilling downhills and challenging uphills, enjoying the stunning landscapes from a whole new perspective. Along the way, you’ll engage with the warm and welcoming Gurage communities, giving you an authentic taste of their culture and traditions.
